The Attack episode 244 aired on 22 February 2017. It was hosted by Alex Corea and Erin Steeby. The box for the Nintendo Switch that KP got early access to was teased in various cutaways throughout the episode.
Alex announced a contetst called "Twitch Perfect," where throughout the show people could send their suggestions for an Attack segment to Alex's snapchat. The best one will be made into a real segment and the submitter would win a copy of Halo Wars 2.
Erin talked about her "hoohahs."
Alex blew up Kevin's Tesla with bad game CDs somehow.
Joey presented an Attack On Halo Wars 2 review.
KryozGaming, a Minesweeper streamer(!) appeared as a guest and played a game of Xtreme Minesweeper with Alex and Erin. They stamped on the squares, and the "bombs" were gross substances to step in. Erin picked correctly every time because she has witch powers.
Hot n' Streamy featured:
- Major, who drank milk far too agressively
- DreamHack, from the CS:GO finals, who caught Taz checking out an interviewer's ass
- AndyMelonakis, who got propositioned for weed and pretended to be 14
- SeriousGaming, who had a screaming match about whether Ori and the Blind Forest is a platformer
Alex called out Dr. Disrespect, saying that he wouldn't come on the show because he's scared and that Alex is a better Doctor.
A Hey, Thanks segment thanked patrons for gifts from the Amazon Wish List:
- Shawn Dunlop, for mic cables and stands and an amplifier
- xmellow, for XLR cables
- an unnamed patron for clamps
- Mr_bladder for a Smashmouth recipe book (that was totally not on the wish list!)
The winning segment that was submitted on Snapchat was "Steeb the Weeb" by Nienu. A "runner-up" suggested they play Truth or Dare, which Alex said they would probably do. There was no TPOTSWIC because the show ran almost 2 hours.
