Plans for the upcoming Indoguration were discussed. Alex and Erin tried a hot new trend called Discing. "Look it up." The disks used were porn DVDs for some reason.
Mailman Steve (Mike G) came by the studio and cheerily stabbed the new intern.
In a Gostalgia segment, Alex and Erin competed in a Rhythm Game One Man Band challenge, where they played Rock Band, Dance Dance Revolution, and Donkey Konga all at the same time. Although Alex is bad at games, he only lost because it was rigged against him. His punishment was Mike G force feeding him beets.
